The GLOBAL SAW 150 x 1.2/1.0 x 20mm / 60T CERMET stainless steel cutting circular saw blade is manufactured by the Japanese company Motoyuki, a leading producer of high-quality cermet-tipped saw blades. This blade features cermet-tipped teeth, where cermet is a composite material that combines ceramic and metallic components. Metal, typically nickel and cobalt alloys, serves as the binder in cermet alloys. Apart from providing an excellent surface finish during cutting operations, cermet-tipped carbide provides significantly longer tool life. This combination of strength and wear resistance is essential for cutting stainless steel with cermet-tipped saw blades, a feature consistently used by the Japanese manufacturer, Motoyuki, in all their blades.

The GLOBAL SAW 150mm circular saw blade is designed for cutting stainless steel with handheld saws. It has a central hole with a diameter of 20mm. The blade's core thickness is 1.0mm, while the kerf width is only 1.2mm. Low cutting resistance due to the blade's minimal thickness ensures comfortable working conditions. The robust cermet-tipped teeth provide extended tool life compared to typical TCT (tungsten carbide-tipped) blades.

The blade is precision-cut with specially designed laser-incised slots filled with resin to reduce noise and vibrations during cutting. In the FMS-150K model, an improved blade geometry and tooth count have been selected to ensure a smooth cutting process.

The GLOBAL SAW 150mm circular saw blade is ideal for cutting various stainless steel materials, including:
