Cermet is a composite material that combines both ceramic and metal components in its composition. Metal serves as a binder, and nickel and cobalt are commonly used in cermet alloys. In addition to excellent surface finish during processing (cutting), cermet-type carbide provides significantly longer tool life. This combination of strength and wear resistance is required when cutting steel with cermet-type carbide toothed blades.

The GLOBAL SAW 185mm circular saw blade for steel cutting has a central hole with a diameter of 20mm. This is an ideal solution for use in hand saws for cutting steel. The width of the blade's center is 1.1mm, and the thickness is only 1.4mm. Low cutting resistance due to the thin blade ensures comfortable working conditions. The durable cermet-type carbide teeth provide a longer tool life compared to typical TCT (tungsten carbide) toothed blades.

Specially designed notches help reduce noise and vibrations. The gap, cut with a laser, is filled with flexible resin. The notches between the teeth have been flattened and widened. This configuration increases the rigidity of the blade's body while eliminating blade wobbling during cutting.

The blade can be used for cutting both steel and stainless steel, but it is recommended to cut only one type of material, as cutting both materials alternately will shorten the blade's lifespan.

The GLOBAL SAW 185mm circular saw blade is ideal for cutting steel materials such as:

Avoid cutting materials with a full cross-section. It cannot be used on angle grinders.
