CERMET Tooth Design

Cermet is a composite material that combines both ceramic and metal components. The metal acts as a binder, with nickel and cobalt being commonly used in cermet alloys. Besides providing an excellent surface finish during cutting operations, cermet carbide ensures significantly longer tool life. This combination of durability and wear resistance is crucial when cutting steel with cermet carbide toothed blades.

The GLOBAL SAW 210mm circular saw blade for cutting aluminum and other non-ferrous metals has a central hole diameter of 25.4mm, making it ideal for use in compound miter saws (with or without guides). The blade's tooth thickness is 1.7mm, and the blade body thickness is only 2.2mm. Low cutting resistance due to the blade's thin profile provides comfortable working conditions. The robust cermet carbide tooth design ensures extended tool life compared to typical TCT (tungsten carbide) toothed blades.

The GLOBAL SAW blade is perfectly suited for cutting various non-ferrous materials like aluminum, including:
