CERMET Tooth Design:

Cermet is a composite material that combines ceramic and metal components. Metal acts as a binder, with nickel and cobalt commonly used in cermet alloys. In addition to providing an excellent surface finish, cermet carbide offers significantly longer tool life during cutting operations, making it ideal for cutting steel with cermet-tipped saw blades.

The GLOBAL SAW 355mm circular saw blade has a central hole with a diameter of 25.4mm, making it ideal for use in stationary cut-off saws for steel cutting (e.g., Dewalt DW872, Evolution S355CPS, Evolution R355CPS, Milwaukee 6190-20, Rigid 614). The width of the blade's center is 2.0mm, and the kerf is only 2.4mm, resulting in low cutting resistance for comfortable work conditions. The durable cermet-tipped teeth ensure a longer tool life compared to typical TCT (tungsten carbide-tipped) blades.

Special laser-cut notches help reduce noise and vibrations. The notches are filled with flexible resin. The gullets between the teeth have been flattened and widened, enhancing the blade's rigidity while eliminating blade wobble during cutting.
