CERMET Tooth Design:

Cermet is a composite material that combines ceramic and metal components. The metal acts as a binder, with nickel and cobalt commonly used in cermet alloys. In addition to providing an excellent surface finish, cermet carbide offers significantly longer tool life during cutting operations, making it ideal for cutting stainless steel with cermet-tipped saw blades.

The GLOBAL SAW 355mm circular saw blade has a central hole with a diameter of 25.4mm, making it suitable for use in hand-held circular saws for cutting stainless steel. The blade's center width is 1.8mm, and the kerf is only 2.1mm, resulting in low cutting resistance for comfortable work conditions. The durable cermet-tipped teeth ensure a longer tool life compared to typical TCT (tungsten carbide-tipped) blades.

For the FMS-355K blade model, the manufacturer recommends cutting materials with thicknesses ranging from 2.0mm to 6.0mm.

The blade features precisely laser-cut special notches filled with resin to reduce noise and vibrations during cutting. The model FMS-355K incorporates improved blade geometry and the right number of teeth to ensure a smooth cutting process.

The GLOBAL SAW 355mm circular saw blade is ideal for cutting stainless steel materials such as:
