CERMET Tooth Design:

Cermet is a composite material that combines ceramic and metal components. The metal acts as a binder, with nickel and cobalt commonly used in cermet alloys. In addition to providing an excellent surface finish, cermet carbide offers significantly longer tool life during cutting operations, making it ideal for cutting stainless steel with cermet-tipped saw blades.

The GLOBAL SAW 355mm circular saw blade has a central hole with a diameter of 25.4mm, making it suitable for use in hand-held circular saws for cutting stainless steel. The blade's center width is 1.7-1.9mm, and the kerf is 2.1mm, resulting in low cutting resistance for comfortable work conditions. The durable cermet-tipped teeth ensure a longer tool life compared to typical TCT (tungsten carbide-tipped) blades.

The blade features a unique two-stage design for stable cutting and reduced vibration, with a thicker blade body effectively minimizing vibrations during cutting.
