A limited set that includes our pipe grinding and polishing adapter, including a Bosch angle grinder with variable speed control (model GWS 9-125S).

The limited set is characterized by a special painting of the adapter (available colors: blue and orange). When placing the order, please leave information about the color, in the absence of such information, the color will be selected randomly.

The adapters for grinding and polishing oval elements (pipes, handrails, etc.) is a perfect tool for demanding users.

Manufactured entirely in Poland, using modern CNC machining centers, in compliance with the quality requirements resulting from the ISO 9001 certificate held by our company.

Thanks to the standard mounting on the M14 thread, the adapter can be mounted on any 125mm angle grinder equipped with a smooth speed control system, without interfering with the grinder's structure.

Rollers

All rollers are mounted. The drive roller has a polyurethane lining that ensures very good adhesion to the belt. Due to the appropriate roughness of the cladding, the slip phenomenon is minimized. The guide rollers are made of black polyamide and have wounds that prevent the endless belt from slipping. In addition, they have a technological cavity that facilitates the running of narrow belts.

Endless belts

Thanks to the use of rims, you can use belts made on stiff substrates as well as grinding and polishing fabrics.

Recommended belt widths are 20mm, 30mm and 35mm.

In the case of belts made on flexible substrates, it is recommended to replace the guide rollers with barrel ones or use the GS01-01 adapter.

When designing the adapter, we took into account the suggestions of users, while ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and a solid steel structure. In order to have control over every stage of the production process, powder coating also takes place in our company, in a modern, ecological powder paint shop, which additionally distinguishes our product from other solutions.

In order to protect the environment, we use the energy produced by 50kW photovoltaic panels during production, which we have installed in one of our production halls.
